Yesterday, I arrived home late as the cars were blocked. When we arrived to Hlaing Thar Yar near FMI, we saw about ten military truck loaded with buffaloes. This morning too I saw them and they were still there. I think they are going to take along the buffaloes to the delta and they will show to the UN officials that the situation has come back to normal. They will show and tell false information to the UN officials.
